I've Joined virgin money insurance about a year ago and had no claims at all.
A couple of weeks ago, someone drove into my car and I contacted Virgin money insurance.

The 1st part of the claim I received excellent service and everything was sorted in a couple of minute. It was after the vehicle assessment where I received the worst service ever. As a new and loyal customer with my 1st claim always paying my premiums, I was very disappointed in the service I received.

Every time I wanted a status update, I had to phone Virgin Insurance and when ever I complain about the lack of feedback from their side, they will phone me directly after the phone call to tell me exactly what I just discussed with them, after that I dont receive any feedback again until I contact Virgin insurance again.

I made it clear that I need the vehicle fixed as quick as possible, till now, I dont even have a booking at the panel beaters. I even went as far to say that I dont care if they higher my premium with a substantial amount, I just need to get my vehicle fixed.
I was promised feedback the next day. yet still no feedback received.
Needless to say I cancelled my policy with Virgin.
