Hail Damage to home

On the 2nd of December 2013 I logged a request on ABSA web page for damage to our home due to the hail on the 28th of November 2013. When I phoned them on the 5th to follow up they responded that the claim was not logged yet, they logged one and send me a reference number 2497943. I followed up on the 9th and they gave me a contact number for Versitrade 10 011 493 5990 but if you dial that number there is no reply and sometimes it stays engaged for long time. When I phone the Absa number 010 211 5921 it rings endlessly and no answer in the meantime the damage to the house accumulate due to the rain.

Please how long will we have to wait even to just get contacted or made aware that the claim is receiving attention.
