Good day. I have an existing loan and applied for a consolidation loan in October and was declined. The reason was my African Bank account was in arrears. I was told by the agent to apply again at the end of November. The African Bank account was settled in September this year and have a paid up letter and letter advising all credit bureaus has been updated. I did apply online again a week ago and have not received any response. i have been a loyal customer of Capitec and have never missed any payments on my accounts. Please check if I qualify and advise urgently. Regards
