I wish to thank both Candice and Stanley for outstanding service.
It started with Stanley Nothnagel, who actioned my request to update my vehicle insurance information. I was still talking to this friendly and helpful individual when I received notification in my email inbox and found all my requests had been actioned in record time. He then immediately put me through to Candice Kirchner for my second request as he did not have authority to action it.
Candice then proceeded to assist me in a most professional and friendly way - she certainly understands what 'service with a smile' means and made me feel as if I was her most valued customer.
This is not the first time I had received such service from Outsurance. I previously had an accident claim, which was handled so smoothly by all Outsurance people involved that it negated all the negatives involved with such claims. I unfortunately no longer have the names of all those involved, but to quote the young ones, Outsurance "rocks".
