I've submitted a claim to Santam 20/11/2013 for a household breakage. Santam instructed ME to get an electrician to come and assess the item. I've phoned electricians that I was instructed by Santam to assess the item. I've done this and none of them was willing to help! I've phoned Santam again to ask them if I'm responsible to get an electrician/quotations to fix this item. The guy told me that the person responsible for this case was suspended from the case. He will help me with the claim and give me feedback regarding this. Up until now I didn't received any feedback from Santam! This is totally unacceptable, and if Santam is carrying on like this (just after 2 months that I'm with them), I'm surely going to go back to my previous insurer!! This is totally unacceptable! I would like to have feedback to this matter ASAP!
