Renewal Policy

After a very frustrating period going in circles with a lady called Amori Lemley the problem was escalated to Nato Maluleke, After a very cordial discussion and reaching agreements she sent me an email thanking me for the discussion and for being a gentleman! She had confirmed that the new Cover Schedule would be sent on the 6th Dec. However nothing has come and despite 3 emails from me on subsequent days, with copies to Greta Goosen and Rene Otto I have received no response at all. Using the website or emails to info at miway only results in days of dealing with automated responses. All I require is what has already been agreed yet I am left with a feeling that "something" is going on!!
