DISGUSTING CLIENT SERVICES AND RESPONSE FROM FNB

I SUBMITTED AN ONLINE LOAN APPLICATION ON MONDAY THE 9TH DECEMBER AND ALL DOCUMENTS THAT WAS REQUESTED WAS FAXED TO THEM SHORTLY AFTER APPLYING. I CALLED THE CALL CENTER TO CONFIRM RECEIPT WHICH WAS CONFIRMED AND IS WITH THE RECEIVING DEPARTMENT AND WILL BE SENT FOR PROCESSING. AS THIS IS A URGENT LOAN APPLICATION I CONTACTED THEM ON THE 10TH AND SPOKE TO THABANG FROM THE PROCESSING DEPARTMENT, HE ADVISED THAT THEY ARE STILL PROCESSING AS THEY HAVE A LOT OF BACK LOGS. ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED TO TULOFELO AND SHE ADVISED THAT MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN SENT TO CREDITORS FOR VETTING BUT DUE TO THE MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR MR NELSON MANDELA THE DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED AND WILL ONLY GET FEEDBACK TOMORROW 11TH BUT CAN NOT CONFIRM. ON THE 11TH I CALLED IN AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THE SAME STORY FROM THAT THEY WAITING ON CREDIT VETTING. THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING AS I HAVE BEEN AN FNB CLIENT FOR OVER 14YRS. I EVEN SPOKE TO THE SUPERVISOR TOKAZANI AND HE ALSO REFUSED TO ASSIST ME WITH GET A POSITIVE RESPONSE. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AS THIS LOAN IS VERY URGENT. MY POINT IS THAT THEY ARE SO LAID BACK AND NOTHING IS OF URGENCY AND IMPORTANT TO THEM AND TO CLOSE THE DEPT WITHOUT COMPLETING THEIR WORK.
