Debit Order Date Change

On Monday i received and sms from Capfin informing me of the debit order date changing. I did not read the sms till Tuesday monrning and responded with my answer.
On the sms it said that if my pay date was after the 20th of this month that I should respond saying yes. This sms was sent at 9 in the morning and I was expected to respond by 6pm the same day.By law, they are to give me 24 hour notice before changing anything on my account. I spoke to Faeek in the call centre and he explained why they changed the debit order date. I UNDERSTAND but my problem is that they did not even allow me 24-48 hour notice. I need the debit order date changed to 22 December 2013 as there will not be funds available in my account for the debit order to be successful. It is going to give me a bad credit rating as well as i am going to have to pay for the return debit! this is not fair and even though they did notify me of the change they did not allow me sufficient time in which to respond...

I WANT IT CHANGED PLEASE!
