On the 28 Nov 13 there was a hail storm in west rand kagiso in particular I lodged a claim on the Internet on friday 29 Nov 13, no one called me and made a follow up by calling their call center number with no responce from monday up until I managed to go through their claims call center that was on Thursday 5 Dec 13 to date no one called me to check on my claim I made numerous attempts to call the number they gave me that indicated that their responce time is 48 hours yet they dont do that! My foof tiles were damaged and my house was flooded resulting in damage to the ceilings of the house built in kitchen cupboards, other things. Im very disappointed infect words cant described the manner of which I am feeling presently, its been three weeks now since the storm damaged my property. Their claims number is a nightmare it does not get answered I holded for more than 30 min ony occasions...
