I would like to commend Mrs Michelle Rohan from Telesure on behalf of Auto and General. She assisted me with my claim for my laptop. Having dealt with insurance people in the past, who were not the greatest, Michelle was exceptional from the start to finish. Telephonically she was polite and even meeting her in person she was professional and warm. Even when she was ill she still handled my claim. She was always in contact with me and always kept me in the loop with how far my claim was. If only all other consultants were great as her It would be wonderful, as dealing with a claim is not a great exercise. So with that said, good work must be acknowledged and in this instance, I would like to acknowledge Michelle Rohan for the great work.
