CAR AT DEALER FOR DAYS - MIWAY CLAIM #508652

Prior to taking the car for service I called MiWay and they advised that there will be no issue. On 5th Dec 2013 I took the car in for service with Peugeot Woodmead and provided them with both Motorite details for service portion and MiWay details for Warranty portion. Motorite approved the same day and MiWay told the dealer that they do not cover the parts which they needed to approve the job for. However, those parts are clearly stated as covered in MiWarranty policy. After I advised the dealer, they contacted them but had no success.

On 6th Dec, the dealer recommended that I talk to MiWay. I tried couple times and eventually got through to a Claims Consultant who tried to understand the basis for refusal to approve the job. Since she could not establish the reasons for refusal, she logged a claim and submitted it Motorite. I did not get any feedback thereafter. On Monday (9th Dec) I called MiWay and the Claims Consultant advised that the claim was not yet approved, that he would take it to his manager and get back to me. He did not and on 10th Dec I tried to get hold of Claims Dept w/o success. My car is still at the dealer. This is an inconvenience to me & dealer. Please help
