If you are needing to go under debt review, please save yourself the hassle and extra stress of dealing with Credit Matters. They BS their way out of situations. They have omitted my Woolworths account and blame the employee that is no longer with them saying it was her capturing error. I must now incur legal fees to redraft my proposal when it is their fault. NO WAYS. Formal complaint with the Ombudsman is the only way with these people.
