I have on a few occasions requested statements as well as paid up letters from Standard Bank accounts that I currently have and had with you with no success. I have phoned Standard Bank on many occasions but to no avail, and worst of all one of the accounts that I have cannot be found on my profile. So my question is to whose account am I paying monthly, if that account cannot be found in my name.
Please Standard Bank give me an answer on these questions. Your agents are not trying to help me they are trying to get rid of me, so they are either lazy or just not trained.
I have even tried to send a mail to [Email Removed] and it just comes back undelivered. I do not know how you run your administration but I can tell you one thing that it is not working. I will not pay one cent further until I have a statement for each of the accounts and paid up letter for the accounts already paid in full, maybe then I will get some service.
