On 31 August my car got hijacked, I reported the matter to police and kingprice. After soo much investigation they declined my claim on 27 September and sent me an email with procedure to follow. I did that. On 14 October I called Shaun and ask him where is the car, he told me he is not sure but he will find out and tell me. I then go to Police station and they told me that my car is with G&J panel beaters, it was taken on 09 September.then I went to G&J to check and they said yes the car is with them but they don't have any paper work.after they declined for the second time I asked them to bring back my car and they told me to fetch my car at G&J when I got there G&J wanted their storage of R120 per day, I then called kingprice and they told me I must pay because by the time they decline I should have fetched my car. But that time they were not sure where is it, and they said they will only pay from 09 to 27 September and the premiums payed after the incident but they never did that till now. They paid one month premium. I had to pay 68days of storage because of Kingprice, at the panel beater they took light bracket, mats.aerial, manual and servicebook. And they say its not their fault.
