I had been with them for over 5 years and they just cancelled my policy without notifying me... on the 25/11/12 I noticed that my debit order ddnt go through, I personally called them when I come back from my vacation on the 18/12 which they ddnt give me a valid reason as to why it didn't go through, same thing happened in December sent my consultant an e-mail who informed me that everything was fine... to my suprice on the 25/01 got the email stating that my policy was cancelled, on Monday I tried to call their call centre but it ddnt go through, today whn I called them a different story, on the mail they gave me a grace period until the 02/02/13 but their staff member told me it ws cancelled she took almost 30 min to tell me tht there ws a payment made on the 19/12 what me off ws that I had to hold for so long to try and explain the debit/credit and no solution even when I tell her about the grace period givenrn I asked her name she gave me attitude and told me to report this matter to. Their complains department.this is not a kind of treating I expected the least was to call me and inform me if there was a problem as there has been any funds on my bank account.
