Previously I was being pushed from one department to another, now I am being pushed from one Debt collection agency to another... How can one agency tell me they are investigating my prescription claim (and not get back to me for 2 Months) and then today I get an SMS stating I have been handed over to Debt-IN!!! HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THIS! I WANT ANSWERS!!! I have been corresponding for a good couple of months with Norman Bissett and Associates. And as they start investigating my prescription claim, it gets taken away from them and sent to someone else. This is beyond a joke. Someone needs to sort this out or I will get my attorneys more involved in this matter.
