Liability claim

I had a damaged bag liability claim with ACSA which I claimed with Alexandra Forbes. The service was dismal and to this day 31 months later, I still do not have feedback. Alexandra Forbes failed to understand this nor accept and honour liability of this claim. I still do not have feedback or resolution of this matter. Even until this day as i type this Alexandra Forbes is still in possesion of my bag and have not returned it, reimbursed me nor correspondent with me, and this is 31 months later. Now this seems like Alexandra Forbes has resorted to such under handed tactics of dealing with claims, i am so appauled at the type of service they render by not wanting to take responsibility for their own carelessness and poor service. i have suffered tremendous stress from this whole matter, and in booking my fight to durban, i never in my wilderst dreams expected to be caught in a battle with over this with such incompetent, rude and careless staff priscilla molo. I am baffled that it takes this company close to 3 years to "look into" and Resolve a claim. To need to see this matter resolved, i want the full value of my bag paid to me, i also want the value of all phone calls made
