Limit reduced despite paying 10xtime minimum

ABSA sent sent me a SMS dated today; to unanimously inform me that they will reduce my current limit by more than R3000-00 after i had paid in more than 10xtimes the minimum amount required (i paid an amount of R4000-00). While i don't have a problem with a reduction in limit... i certainly have a problem with such a HUGE reduction. I was informed by the call center agent that the reduction would have been by any amount i paid into the account.

It is December; that was going to be used to feed my family with that money and was saving it for that. I now have R100 left in the account. All i am asking is for reasonableness as this completely messe s me up when i can LEAST afford it it now in DECEMBER.
