My car got damaged in a hail storm 2 weeks ago. I called King Price to make a claim and was told to go for an assessment which i did. Since then no one has called me from King Price. I have called in many times asking to go through to the claims department and I keep getting told that their consultants are busy on their phones. I have left a message and still no call back.
I am disgusted by the service!
