The ucount programme is one of the biggest in south africa as they cannot deliver what they promise.i have done my cash deposit to attain a higher level but standard bank say they cannot allocate my tier because their systems do not work.they might allocate my new tier at the end of december (2 months later) but they cannot backdate my increased points. what a sam when it is their fault
