On my credit card - Bad service from Nenbank

On the 14 Nov 2013 approx. lunch time I noticed on my online statement that illegal transactions was made by Google and Int. Conversion Currency to the value of R1034.51. Date of illegal transactions-12 and 13 Nov 2013 I immediately phoned card division and logged a dispute-ref 65663547. I also cancelled my credit card as I was afraid of more illegal transaction-ref 65663650. I was promised that it would be investigated and no more illegal transactions will go through on my credit card. WHAT NONSENSE I WAS TOLD. On the 15 Nov 2013 I did a check on my statement only to find more illegal transactions went through on my credit card to the value of R531.87. Latest transactions was done on the 14 Nov and processed on my credit card on the 15 Nov. I honed the disputed department and was told... TOO BAD THESE TRANSACTIONS WAS DONE BEFORE I STOPPED THE CREDIT CARD AND THEY CANT DO ANYTHING. No help from Nedbank at all. Phone Google I was told. I did try and explained that the transactions was put through on my credit card on the 15 Nov which is after I stopped the card on the 14 Nov. Nedbank was not interested to help me. They say my dispute is INVALID.
