I would like to compliment Martha for an efficient and excellent service she rendered to me. I got an e-mail that my premium was going up effective from the 01-01-2014 and I was not happy with s huge premium hike and appealed to Martha to work out something for me as I knew i could not afford a higher premium as well as e-toll fees, I could see from a distance that the going was going to get tough during 2014 for me.

Unlike a situation of an e-toll where motorists are forced to pay for using the national roads (Better life for all) Martha stoop up and worked out a premium that will suit my pocket and affordability. I had my premium and access amounts adjusted and I am a pround Miway client that will cherish the service i always have from the staff. There is only one company in South Africa where a customer's / client's call is answered in 5 seconds... and that company is Miway.. I hope they keep it up as it's frustratting to hold the line for 45 minutes like Multichoice. Martha with that smile on your face... keep it up and bring that smile on the other side of the phone line and will always have happy clients.
