I'm with fnb for many years now, & when I saw them advertise smart devices i went for it. Off course we all have to click accept terms & conditions otherwise we will never get it. On the website the day i ordered the Samsung galaxy S4 the terms were that I would get the device for R319pm & for 1st year including 200mb data per month. the 1st month went fine i received my phone in 5 days & a few days later my data came through. the next month, NO DATA. So i call fnb cell banking & the consultant tells me that the data only comes through on the 8th of every month so i will just have to hang on... no problem i waited for my data. the 8th came & went Still no data. I then called fnb cell banking again. A female consultant answers, I explain, & she then instructs me to dial "*120*321# & go into the reward setting". This is all new to me now & I had to select some options. the consultant says to me that i have no rewards, "1 reward will get me 100mb, 2 rewards will get me 200mb of data respectively", which was never on the website nor advised by any consultant. there wasn't even an asterix on the advertised data saying additional t's & c's apply for the data. Worst purchase/contract ever!
