I would like to complain about this person, Teneil Isaacs. I am a prestige account holder and my banker was very nice to me trying to get hold of this person. She was supposed to send me an email which she never did, I had to call her and she was absolutelly rude at me on the phone, with a terrible attitude. This person should not be representing a financial institution like Standard Bank.
