I am very disappointed by the way Miway is handling my claim since I registered the claim. The person who was handling my claim never contacted me for feedback on my claim, I was the one who always call Miway asking for the feedback. My vehicle was rewritten off but nobody give feedback until I call in asking for the progress on my claim and it was then I was told that the vehicle was written off. But after I called Miway was quickly to send SMD to towed the vehicle. And Miway suppose to request the bank to send them the original registration papers of the vehicle, but they give me false information that they requested the documents from the bank. When i enquire with the bank I was told that they are waiting for Miway to reguest the documents. Miway is delaying the process on my side to look for another vehicle and now we are towards the holidays still no clear feedback from Miway because they don't update me with any information. I'm very disappointed with their customer service. But this is a lesson learnt that in future I must not take insurance with Miway because the don't care about client after the vehicle is written off.
