No response from bank

I am currently under debt review and called in on 6 November 2013 to get a settlement figure from the bank. I was told by the consultant that the last payment they received was in June 2013.

I emailed proof through to Charmaine on 18 November explaining that the debt cousellor used the following reference number every month to make payment. It is 4577114 - I made the bank aware several times of the discripency with the ref number. I emailed through proof of all the payments. I havent received any feedback from african bank and will not take up the matter with the ombudsman and the ncr should no response not be received.
