No feedback??

I had recieved a mail from old mutual on the 22/11/2013 giving me a list of financial solutions that they have to offer. I had looked into it & gave the call center a call on the 25/11/2013. i spoke to a Saadia Samaai who proceeded to do an application for a product that i was interested in. At a point during the call it was found that my employer was not on their list of companies (not sure what that meant) & was asked to send through some documents of the company which i had done on the same day. Saadia said that it would take a 3- 4 days to get the company listed onto their system. i had not recieved any communication from her thereafter, so on the 27/11/13 i sent out a mail to ask if all the documents that i sent through was in order (no reply). i had then sent another mail on the 04/12/13 asking for some communication (no reply). today i gave the call center a call & spoke to a Phumzile September who said that Sadia was on lunch & further to that the systems were down since last week therefore i couldnt be assisted. Whether i qualify or not for a product being offered to me, i still think that communication should be made!
