I got this message. Due to salary pay date changes in December your African Bank payments will be debited on 13 Dec 2013.
So I phone them and the tell me they did a survey on salary dates. NO ONE PHONED ME. I get paid the same day as last month and the month before that. I don't even know when I'm getting paid this month. So the accounts department tells me that's how it is.
Now I had to waste a 20 minute call confirming all my details cause they coincidentally don't have it anymore. What BULL! They sent me a statement 2 weeks ago.
I ask to speak to a supervisor and this guy tells me he doesn't like my tone and no supervisor will speak to me. I expect better from a customer service representative.
I will take this further than here.
I do not like this and will not tolerate this from African Bank. They have no right to change their dates as they please. No one asked me if they can do it like that.
