I have a complaint on my FNB Ipad account. I received an sms today regarding my account being handed over. Although i have sent an email to the premier banking suite requesting for the debit order to be switched from running on the 25 of each month to run on the 15. The email was sent on the 03rd October 2013. I don't think its fair for FNB to hand over the account whereas i have requested them to change the debit order to an alternative date where they'll be able to debit the account and get funds from my account. But now my name will be tarnished because of the them. I still have copies of the email and an automated response acknowledging receipt of my email.
