ACCOUNT IN ARREARS 9743606001

I received an sms on 24 November regarding my account at African Bank that are in arrears with
R 11 199.00. On 25 November 2013 I send all my bank statement to African Bank loan department. My bank statement show that all debit orders did go through except for December 2012. On 25 January there was 3 x Debit orders for the same account deducted and I reversed 2 of the debit orders. On 28 November I received this feedback from African Bank: MR J LIGHTFOOT, Ref no 10215347, We confirm that the arrears on the account are correct due to the missed instalment in December 2012. And in January 2013 there was a change of salary date from the 15th to the 25th of every month. That resulted as missed instalment. I then reply back to them: Thank you for the reply but I don't agree. There was a payment made in January on this account how can you say that it is a missed instalment???
On 4 December I received the following reply: MR J LIGHTFOOT, Ref no 10256759, Please find attached statement that shows no payment was received for January.
How is it possible that my debit order did go through on 25 January but according to African Bank there is no payment??? Please assist
