Poor service from Manager at FNB

I recently logged a complaint with an FNB manager Junaid Ebrahim regarding the service I was receiving from FNB. I ordered the Samsung note 3 with the watch. A week later when I phoned to find out what is going on, the agents advised that there was an issue as the sales agent did not process the phone for dispatch urgently. I then demanded to speak to Junaid who advised me that he will sort the issues out and give me feedback so I can get the phone urgently. Last week I tried phoning Junaid on the number he provided but his phone just rings. I eventually got through the call centre wherein an agent advised me that Junaid was working on the problem and will contact me back. Again I sent several emails but no response received. I sent another email early this morning and still no response. I then phoned the call centre where an agent by the name of Jean Louis just put me through to an extension and phone got cut. This is poor service especially from a manager. I advised Junaid how urgent this was as I will be on leave from this Thursday the 12th of December and need the phone as the problem was on FNB's side. I URGENTLY NEED HELP WITH THIS. NO REF NO ISSUED
