On the 6/12/2013 I received a notification of a annual increase, which was once again in the excess of 20% but. what concerned me that the excess had doubled too, current premiums from, R1960. to R2350. excess from R3750/R4500 to R9180/R9860. This is on a policy that has had NO claims in more than 4 years.
The most unethically issues on my increase is, that if i get a quote on line from Dial Direct it's less than I'm currently paying with a lower excess. How's possible to so blantly dishonest. It's like the NO CLAIM bonus that's self. funding, but you only gdt a refund because you haven't claimed
