I am disgusted by Bidvest Banks total lack of interest with regard to my complaints! I have spoken to your call centre (Phumi) twice, and emailed the same complaint. it is Friday, and the complaint was on Sunday! My funds are going to be transferred to my other bank this weekend, as YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS! Brian Joffe will be interested in reading about this matter!
