its been weeks and weeks. we were told to collect our cards, so we went to collect our cards and only my husbands card was ready... they "forgot" to follow up on my card! they then said will take 3days to come and they will phone us when it arrives... We are still waiting for my card! my husbands got 2 business accounts with standard bank and this is the SERVICE you get!!! just like Standard bank is a business, we also have a business and we cant keep on stuggling with standard bank! we are so tempted to close it and move to another bank. Because the service is SHOCKING!!! ALWAYS SLOW!!! ALWAYS have excuses!!! and BAD ATTITUDE like they are doing you a favour!!! This is it for standard bank, not only for me but also my whole family thats with standard bank are not happy due to the fact how this has been handled! and word of mouth very powerfull tool. i know of so many people thats left std bank due to the fact of bad service! i would like standard bank to stop being helpful to OPEN an account for you but after that Pathetic!!!
