Clientele life keeps telling me that my premiums are in arrears when I have made a cash payment already for the month that had been skipped via EFT. I have send them numerous proofs of payment, my bank statement etc. I have even asked them to contact my bank if they think that I am lying. I have made numerous calls by no one has fixed this. They keep saying that they will resolve the issue and call me between 24-48 hrs but its been over a month and no one has fixed this error. I am so sick of this, to call clientele isn't free and I have to keep calling over and over but no one is fixing this.
