On 5.12.2013 I went online to do a transfer of funds. At 11:27 I received a notification on my cell phone that I had gone online. I requested a RVN no and waited 15min then got a message on my monitor than I had timed out. I phoned o8600o8600 number only to be informed by them that I must turn off and restart my phone. I had already done that. The woman on the other end just hanged up when I demanded to speak to the CEO.
I phoned ABSA head office only to be pushed around from pillar to post after requesting and demanding to speak to the CEO It seems that the staff at ABSA don't know what they are doing as this has happened on a previous occasion and I try to steer clear of ABSA whenever I can. Please can you assist in sorting this matter out. I still have not been able to obtain a RVN numbe
