I was welcomed with a warm smile by Moses, the security guy. Everyone was friendly and smiling so early in the morning which you don't find in a lot of places. Mr Alan welcomed me even though I was late, he made me feel at home, he explained the process to me and what I could expect going forward, he made it easy for me to understand and I appreciated it. I was offered coffee and the process went very fast as well. Jeanne was kind enough to assist me while I was at the drive in centre. I found you very friendly. You calm our nerves.
