Is King Price a fly by night or what? You attract customers by false advertising. I was involved in an accident on Friday the 29th 2013 at 19h45 and called King Price to make a claim for the damages on the car and the consultant said that the claims department only works on weekdays.
On monday morning at around 8h30 I called them and made the claim and they said they are going to call me back but they never did, so I drove to thier offices around 13h00 to confront them. I was then referred to speak to Karabo in the claims department who gave me a reference number and said that she's going to organise for my car to be towed and provision for a courtesy car.
I was given a courtesy car on Tuesday @ 15h30 and spent the whole day trying to get hold of Karabo to tell the Towing company to collect my car as it couldn't be towed on Monday because Suney couldn't get me a courtesy car.
I have spent so much airtime to call King Price on Monday - Wednesday for them to assist me with the towing of the car and left my details with so many consultants to get Karabo to call me but she never did. I'm supposed to bring back the courtesy car on the 02/01/2014 but my car is still not towed.
