NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY, POOR SERVICE

I have been with Std Bank since I was very young, and opened accounts without thinking twice for a business I owned for two years at Std Bank.
They regrettably have NO loyalty towards their customers from my experience with them.
I have financed 3 vehicles in the past 6 years, not once with my own bank as they demand the highest deposits or give the worst interest rates. I have financed with Wesbank (Settled early), Nedbank (Settled early) and now ABSA. Despite my excellent credit rating and history, Std Bank doesn't come to the party.
I have decided to open FNB accounts as they (and ABSA) give loyalty rewards, E Bucks etc. According to Std Bank Meyerton's consultants, Std Bank has no such offering. After enquiring as to wether I am on the correct account plan for my monthly income, apparently I am not. When I got new cards a few months ago, no one at Std Bank actually checked if I am. I am on the same plan as maybe a high school kid would be. This was followed by a promise almost a week ago already that a consultant would be in contact with me to fix this problem. Still waiting Std Bank, just so you know!!! Thanks for disgusting service and lack of loyalty. FNB here I come
