Once again Nedbak does not deliver, after apologizing and promising that all would be sorted out. I changed from one account to another and last month had the same frustration that Nedbank did not change over all my debit orders. This month you send me sms'es to confirm that Nedbank have changed my banking details with reference numbers!!! So what happens this month, the wrong account gets debited with no funds in. Nedbank now has the audacity to charge ME with the unpaid mag tapes, was it my fault??? So now I have to phone around to EFT money over and pay ADDITIONAL late charges, and they also confirm that Nedbank has not changed over any banking details with them. This is so frustrating, and please spare your phone calls I do not need more apologies, your services is empty, point!! I know I have a small account but like the rest I pay my banking and service fees!! The least Nedbank could have done, is e-mail, sms, phone or leave a message to just let me know, a few of my debit orders have not been changed yet, please make sure there is enough money in that account.
