No electronic method to change debit order date

I have a personal loan with ABSA and would like to change my debit order date as i have change employment and my salary pay date has changed from the 25th of each month to the 27th. However, i have called ABSA personal loans Call Centre (0860 100 372) and was referred to ABSA loans settlement department (0118432534) to change date. I'm now informed that i need to go into the bank to initiate this change of date and then the branch will send an instruction to the ABSA loans settlement department to do such change. I find it disappointing that ABSA bank do not have a capability to assist working class either telephonically or internet banking or by email to perform such customer requests. It supprising that i was able to change my debit order date for my Vehicle financing with WESBANK telephonically and ABSA this is not catered for. I honestly do not have time during the week to go into the branch to do such request. This is the reason i use internet banking for all of my transactions. Should you require supporting documentation (i.e. contract) evidencing such a change in my pay date, i'm willing to forward it by email. Advise on a more efficient manner to resolve this query.
