So, my mother who has been a loyal customer for more then 20 years is hit a 115 penalty for bouncing a Standard Bank Debit order because she was short 1.35!! Seriously Standard bank, She is a loyal customers who took YOUR products and then was penalised because she was short R1.35!! I deposited the money the very next day and her sms's from the bank said the policy was only deducted on the 3rd which is when I transferred the money, from Standard bank to Standard bank so the funds were there!!

I ask that the penalty be reversed please, show a little sympathy and understanding to loyal customers. You know FNB has a warning system, why not Standard? Maybe you don't really need us anymore and its a good time to take "Steve's" advise and switch, cause Standard Bank is quite closely resembling "Beep" bank!!
