About a week ago, I received a sms from this company saying my account with "BERCO INDOOR GARDENS" was being prepared to be handed over. But, I do not have an account with them and have never even heard of this company before. The reference number quoted is 1-77500-1. I called the call center and gave the ref and my ID number but the agent could not find anything in my name and the ref did not yield any results either. This morning, I've received another SMS with the same thing. Someone needs to sort this out ASAP!!! You cannot harass me with these texts and then not know what account this is. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard!
