I refer to my complaint dated 21 Nov 13 with regards to UCount Rewards. I received a phone call from Standard Bank on 22 Nov 13 and was promised a reply by Friday 29 Nov 13. As of today I have not received any feedback and I am still on Tier 2. How long does it take to find out why my internet payments are not recorded by Standard Bank system to advance me to Tier 3. I made 7 internet payments and transfers from 16 Oct to 15 Nov 13 and still the system does not add my Current Account to the Tiering system.
