I am so disappointed and wonder what i was doing with Bayport from start. Took a Blackberry contract with them, its not even 06 months old but i am already experiencing software problems. Already took it to Cell C Cresta twice as they are a network provider, it was checked by blackberry buddies and lastly i took it to a guy a blackberry kiosk situated at Cresta. He advised me to send a phone back to Bayport for a new one as its already been repaired 3 times. The phone was sent away, Bayport promised to send it back to me in 21days but its 28 days now. I have spoken to so many people there and all i want is a new phone or my contract terminated, i am tired of the hassles over what i pay for.
