I had a bike accident and the bike is a write-off. The insurance company first used the wrong bike model, I had a Big Bang R1. The wanted to pay on a R1. I proved that the bike was insured for the retail value of R123400, 00. At the time of the accident the value was R 119 000, 00. Still they will not pay out the retail value. I had two trade ins on the bike that resulted that the finance was for a lower amount. No they only want to pay out on the financed amount. I just want to get on with my life (the one I almost lost), just pay what is due to me!!!
