NedBank's Deceased Estates Dept Lacking

I have been requested by a client to liaise with the Estates Department at Nedbank pertaining to her possible entitlement under and in terms of and Estate that Nedbank are administering.
My client instructed me to contact a Mr Patrick Moodly at the NedBank Estates Department which I duly did. Mr Moodly advised me that I should send certain documentation along with my client's query to him via e-mail. I sent this documentation to him on 30 October 2013. To date I have not had any response to my e-mail or the follow up e-mails I sent him on 5 November 2013 and the again on 22 November 2013. It is now over a month and Mr Moodly/ NedBank Estates Department have neglected alternatively refused to even acknowledge receipt of my e-mails, let alone respond thereto. I know that someone is looking at the e-mails I send, as I keep getting "read reports".
I am frustrated by Nedbank's total disregard for my client's query and feel that my client has been prejudiced due to Nedbank's complete lack of service in this matter.
