Trust you well
I took a credit card with African bank in September 2013, on the application form I requested for a debit order date to be on the last day of the month since I get paid on the last Friday of every month, then I sent them my id and pay slip requesting African bank to change the payment method from debit order to EFT and you declined the request saying the credit card is still new.
Then today I received an sms confirming the debit order that went through today instead of tomorrow, and with my bank they charge me R115 for any reversals, so I would like to report this and find out why African bank go against the debit order date on the contract we all signed.
