INCORRECT DEBIT ORDERS AND INCOMPETENT STAFF

I took out a loan with Capfin and at 2 separate occasions I changed my debit order date. The call centre agents confirmed that it has been changed and they still took the debit orders on an unauthorised date. They are not willing to take responsibility for the bank charges on my account for the returned debit order. The call centre agents are not helpful or willing to assist. I regret doing any business with Capfin
