On the 04 October 2013, i launched a claim regarding the tyre that was damaged; Since i joined the insurance 05 April 2013 i have not received policy document and I have was promised to receive them with first month of signing up for which I have been following it up, surprisingly i only received a policy document on 11 October 2013 after my claims was rejected or turned down, with whatever the reason they had.
This really reflects how bad the service is indeed only received policy documents 6 Months down the line, only when you initiate the claim. I am very disappointed and not looking forward in doing a business with such bad disorganised organisation
